Email support@appsdo.store with whatever's going on. Including your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you expected to happen makes fixes much faster. Since SpeakDo keeps no logs or analytics, your report is genuinely the only way we learn about a problem.

Requirements

• iPhone running iOS 26.0 or later.
• AI features (task parsing, daily briefing, Ask AI, weekly insights) need a device with Apple Intelligence enabled. Without it the app still works — capture falls back to standard speech recognition and a simpler built-in parser.
• Voice recognition languages follow your iPhone's dictation languages.

Purchases & restore

• SpeakDo Pro is an auto-renewable subscription — monthly ($1.99) or yearly ($9.99), each with a 7-day free trial.
• Cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or App Store → your profile → Subscriptions). Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• New phone, reinstall, or Pro not showing? Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. The subscription is tied to your App Store account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Common fixes

• Mic button does nothing — check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and make sure SpeakDo is allowed.
• No reminders arriving — check iOS Settings → Notifications → SpeakDo, and confirm the task actually has a time (date-only tasks don't schedule an alert unless a time is set).
• "The on-device model is still downloading" — Apple Intelligence assets are still being fetched by iOS. Keep the phone on Wi-Fi and power; the AI features appear automatically once it finishes.
• Voice capture stops too early or too late — adjust the auto-stop silence window in Settings → Voice & Input.

Your data

Everything lives on your device. To start over, use Settings → Privacy → Delete all tasks in the app — it removes every task and cancels all scheduled notifications. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
